Buckingham Palace in Croft Lane in Diss: Ten years ago a group of Diss residents cooked up  an elaborate plan to celebrate the Queen's ninetieth birthday. Gordon Terrey, an ex fireman,  and his wife Pam spent four weeks designing, building and decorating the 18 foot long  Palace model.
