The Diss Museum 2026 Opening Day Parade will begin at 10:30 am, starting from Meres Mouth and proceeding to The Market Place, Diss, IP22 4AB.
In the Market Place, you can experience festivities that recreate life as it was 100 years ago.
The year 1926 was notable for events such as the General Strike, Agatha Christie's disappearance, the birth of a royal baby, and the creation of Winnie the Pooh, among others.
The Gislingham Variety Group will entertain us with 1920s tunes like "Are You Lonesome Tonight," "Blue Skies," and "Bye Bye Blackbird." Feel free to listen or join in for a sing-along.
The Museum will showcase a range of new exhibits for you to discover.
